Challanges

The client needed a secure, user-friendly platform to authenticate users and facilitate efficient issue reporting. Along with our European technology partner, we took up the challenge to upgrade the complex existing system:

Finding a technology partner with the required expertise in both secure user authentication systems and seamless integration with existing utility platforms like SAP.

The Solution

ETechDreams Team Developed a Secure and Scalable Portal with KeyCloak Authentication, SAP Integration, GDPR compliant and Laravel Backend for long term robust system while supporting SDG Goal 7(Affordable and Clean Energy).

As per the requirement, we used KeyCloak to securely manage user logins, making sure that all users could access the portal safely and without any security issues.
KeyCloak supports Single Sign-On (SSO), making it easier to authenticate users across multiple platforms and ensuring data security.
The web portal was developed with a scalable architecture to handle increasing user load and additional features. The backend was built using the Laravel PHP framework.
Using PostgreSQL, a type of relational database, helps the system scale easily in the future, making it simple to expand the database and add new features as needed.
The frontend was designed with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, focusing on a clean, simple, and intuitive interface.
ETechDreams provided ongoing support services, offering the client continuous maintenance and updates, ensuring the portal stays functional and up-to-date with future business requirements.
